We're excited for this year's trip! Please find attached all the materials you’ll need for this summer’s Youth Mission Trip to Heifer International’s Overlook Farm in Rutland, MA from Sunday, June 25 – Thursday, June 29, 2017. We will be leaving after worship that Sunday and returning after eating breakfast the following Thursday, with an estimated return arrival time of around 2:00 p.m.
Register for the trip online (below) by February 15, 2017. Limited spaces are available, register today! The registration fee is $175, scholarships are available as necessary, please contact your youth leader for information.
You will also find attached a letter about the trip as well as a Handbook that includes packing list, more information about the farm and our time there as well as a Medical Form. We need two signed copies of the Medical Form, which you may bring anytime before the trip or the day of, it is required to participate.
Finally, we will be commissioning BOTH mission trips on Sunday, June 25th during the 10:00 a.m. worship service at College Hill Presbyterian Church. Please be sure to be in worship that day so that we can lift up the ministry you are doing before the whole congregation! (Our trip will leave immediately after the service, so please come to church ready to travel, with both medical forms and all your gear packed in a soft duffel as well as sleeping bag and pillow.)
